Superior handling of all aspects of our storm damage. We had extensive damage to our roof, siding, fascia, windows, doors, gutters, and deck. With Jon handling things, we only had to make one call, and he took over all the contact with our insurance company. He set up the meetings with the adjusters and met with them personally to get a complete, accurate assessment of the damage. Excellent customer service... Very reliable. Jon provided an estimate for re-roofing due to storm damage in July 2017. After we accepted the estimate we needed to keep contacting Jon for any updates on schedule. We agreed to waiting until spring 2018 for the job. This spring, Jon "forgot" that he had agreed to do the project. He then came back saying that he could not honor the original quote. We agreed to entertain a new quote. His response was to cancel the project because it was too difficult and tell us to find a different roofer. Now we get to start over nearly a year later. Pretty unprofessional.
