Great experience!! Definitely would recommend. Had them come and cut a hole in concrete foundation as part of a home addition. The crew was very personable, efficient, and professional. They even expressed concern over potential damage to new foundation when wall would fall in, if cut was done according to plan. By moving the cut 1.5 inches over it provided an extra safety net. Extremely pleased to hear the input and concerns rather than just sticking to what was on paper.

I had All Star cut and tip two egress window openings into my poured concrete foundation and it went great. The two guys who came out got the holes cut accurately and in a timely fashion. I am happy with the communication and service.

Called them this morning in a bind with doing two egress windows. Tom had a crew in the area sent them over to cut them out. The guys were very professional, fast, and know what they were doing. Will definitely be having them cut all future holes. Thank you Tom and crew.

I've bumped into the owner several times while working on large job sites, and he's always friendly and upbeat. This company would be my first call if I needed some concrete cut.

I asked them to core two 9" holes in my ICF basement wall. They ultimately did that. Communication was so-so. Someone showed up to core but didn't call ahead, but they ended up not doing the work that day, citing muddy conditions. They didn't come back for a couple of weeks, and again didn't call ahead. I had holes marked with a penciled plus sign and a large spike. They were 1" off center with one of the cores (see photo). This may not seem like a big deal, but it adds work to the HVAC contractor. All Star also left a mess on windows below the cutting area (mucky drilling water). They also left the 9"x11" cores in my back yard. Every other contractor cleans up after themselves. $650 for two cores should include clean up time. There's a dumpster in the front yard. Overall, the holes will work, but I look forward to better service in the future.
