What a great product, and great crew! From the salesman to the install technicians, each was a pleasure to deal with, the job was completed so quickly and the final result just takes your breath away! The cost was very affordable, and I couldn’t be happier!! BAM certainly earned my highest recommendation!

We acquired 3 quotes for having our 500 sq. ft. concrete garage floor coated. After reviewing our quotes BAM offered us the very best quality coating at a reasonable price. Our garage floor was coated on September 10th, 2025 by JT. JT was very knowledgeable and performed an amazing job grinding down our seam to match our old garage floor with the new addition floor. Once JT finished it was completely unnoticeable. JT worked non-stop from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. to complete the job. We absolutely LOVE our first time ever floor coating. We are now anxious to see how it weathers the snow, ice and salt from winter. We almost hate the idea of driving our vehicles on this beautiful floor:) Kudos to JT for all his hard work in giving us our new floor!

Buyer Beware!!! I want to give an honest review and not an emotional one but, at this moment my belongs sit outside. The reason for the two star is because the workers were nice and they did try, however the work itself is terrible. We were told it is a one day job and because the weather forecast we opted not to purchase a pod. They were supposed to arrive between 7-9 but didn’t arrive until 11:30 due to vehicle issue. No problem. They worked until just about midnight trying to get the job completed. We were not able to check the work due to time , it being wet, and not being able to walk on the garage floor for 24 hours. The work turned out uneven in so many places. There are drips that dried in place. The job cost $5,500 but looks like the $800 or so kits. Stephen during pitch talked about how much better their product is compared to do it yourself kits at places like Lowe’s. Well, in my opinion it looks like it was done by a novice and NOT a professional. I could go on about the terrible mess you have to clean up afterwards but I won’t. You have been warned. I have added photos. The shadows are the uneven work. It is a little difficult to see the drips but they are there. If you’re thinking about using Bam, think again .

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a company ever!!! I don't have the energy to list the long list of things that made our experience unbelievably horrible, so I'll list the main ones. Day 1 they showed up worked for 2 hours then left for 3 hours with no explanation. I only found out why when my wife called me at work asking if I knew what was up. I found out after calling the office that the grinder broke. When they finally came back it was clear that they rushed and half the floor was horrible quality. They also left out brand new cabinets full off chips. Day 2 they didn't show up at all!! Day 3 when they showed up they were apparently arguing about the fact that this coating should or should not ever be done in interior or not. It got so heated that my wife was very uncomfortable and called me at work again! THEY WERE FIGHTING SO LOUD IN MY FRONT YARD I COULD HERE THEM OVER THE PHONE WHEN SHE WAS IN THE HOUSE!! needless to say I left work ready to swing on people. Thankfully the person who was supposedly the instigator had left by the time I got there. The two kids who finished the job were actually very professional. Unfortunately they messed up some spots. Day 4 they came to fix the spots BUT HAD THE WRONG COLOR CHIPS AND PUT IT DOWN ANYWAYS!!!! DAY 5 They show up to fix the spot a second time, they are at least the right color now but the spots still look like puddles on the floor because of too much epoxy. It still looks like that now and I don't even want to have them.Come back and possibly make it even worse. To top it all off, when I talked to the PRESIDENT of the company he literally tried to put it on us and tried to say we were trying to screw them because we never paid a deposit. We cut them a check for 500$ OVER what the deposit had to be. THEY NEVER CASHED THE CHECK!! My wife's bank check her 30$ for a cancelation fee!!!! Not once did he say or even seem remotely apologetic. He basically laughed at me when I told him I wanted half off of the job. This whole experience has literally been traumatic, and our basement is ruined because it!!! I would avoid this company at all cost simply out of principle! The 2 kids that did the floor were great. And also said that I should get a lawyer and that there was all kinds of shady things happening in the company. I have prof of all of my claims, and am will to provide it if anyone is interested.

We had BAM quote coating our patio and pool deck with the epoxy chip flooring. The first to be done was the Patio, which was started on a Tuesday turned out exactly as we wanted and looks great. Their team had to come back that Friday, June 27th, to apply the coating to the pool deck due to the potential for rain. After they finished the pool deck, they informed us not to walk on the surface for 12 hours (same recommendation was given for the patio) and they wrapped up. At that time, there was nothing showing up that would make me think the pool deck would turn out any differently than the patio, but i was wrong. There were some small details that initially I was disappointed with, not related to the coating (e.g. their equipment killed my grass in three different areas), however the coating, at first glance looked to be the same quality as the patio. The next day, we inspected the pool deck (before the 12 hours had elapsed) and noticed that there was a lot of debris (e.g. leaves, bugs, etc.) sticking to the surface which did not happen with the patio. We decided to let the surface continue to dry, although I know that the patio cured in the same or less time (it even rained the morning after the patio was completed by BAM and there were no issues as the surface was completely cured). On Sunday when we again inspected the surface, it was extremely wet and sticky to the touch on 80% of the pool deck. I sent a text and tried to call the sales person with no success. I was able to get in contact with one of the people on the installation crew, and she suggested that I continue to let it dry. Please keep in mind that this is during the hottest stretch of days at the end of June and this issue prevented us from using our pool AND caused us to cancel a family event. on Monday, the situation with the pool deck remained unchanged, surface was wet and very sticky so no chance of walking on it. I called the office and they did listen to the issue and say they would be creating a ticket and assigning a project manager. i did not hear back from Bam until Tuesday June 24th that they wanted to schedule the pool deck repair for July 2nd, a week later....the best they could do according to the person I spoke with. I expressed my concerns that we would be without the use of our pool for 1.5 weeks due to their poor workmanship and was told that they had other customers scheduled. Keep in mind, I already paid them in full. At that point, they gave me no other option so I had to wait another week for them to correct their mistake. They showed up on July 2nd and started work on fixing the pool deck. Not sure what they all did, but I can say that the pool deck is still sticky in some areas and extremely slippery in some areas where they sanded the original coating they applied on June 27th. Once the two guys were finished, they told us not to walk on the surface for 24hrs, which was completely different from the instruction that the first crew gave us. After the work was completed, no one contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied with the rework, which if you can tell, I am not New Updates Wow I can not tell you how disappointed I am in trusting this company to modify my outdoor space. They are a complete disaster!!! I am in the process of closing my pool and while putting on the cover I noticed they have completely ground down my anchor points when the tried to “fix” their first and second attempt at correcting their initial terrible job on my pool deck. Also tried to get them back out here for a bubble that came up a few weeks ago without any response. Even more, they recoated the pool deck with the stairs in place leaving a large buildup…they could have easily moved these to avoid how bad this looks!!! I recommend looking elsewhere if you plan on getting your outdoor areas epoxy chip coated. Will save you a lot of time, money, and headache
