From seals to installation, everyone was professional and personable. We are so happy with the new floor. It would have cost us a great deal more to replace the concrete that was pitted and cracked extremely bad. I feel like I have extra rooms to the house now. The entire process from filling information via the ad on Facebook to the visit by Carter Hoffman to get a quote and finally the installation of the concrete coating on the garage floor went very smoothly. Carter was very informative and did not do any pressuring for us to complete the deal. We were able to install the concrete flooring one week later and were extremely pleased with the outcome. The two young gentlemen that did the work were professional and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this company.

The sales and scheduling process was smooth. The various color options and installation process was explained along with the required preparation prior to installation.. The Installation crew was on time, answered all my questions and did a great job. Garage floor and porch look great! Very pleased with the results.

I was impressed with the quick response. The estimate was explained thoroughly and cost was reasonable. I was scheduled quicky and I stall was about 7 hours for a 2 car garage which I thought was reasonable, I am sure it could have been done quicker if my floor was in better shape. I am overall satisfied, I am hoping it last as long as advertised!
