Legacy Sunrooms

Positively transformative!!! My only regret about working with Legacy Sunrooms is that I didn’t make time to leave this feedback sooner. We live out in the country, so for most of the summer our porches are unusable, because the lights at night draw in the bugs, making them a haven for spiders and everything that gets caught in their webs; the porches were absolutely disgusting and depressing to even look at. We tried getting estimates from local builders, but found that no one in this area really focused on enclosing areas, much like they do down in Florida … that is, until we found Legacy Sunrooms. We called, their salesman arrived two days later, on time, was straightforward, offered all sorts of options, and helped us make a simple design that was within our budget. OK, here’s THE thing that sets this company apart from others; about two weeks after we signed the contract the salesperson, building supply person, and the construction manager all met at our home to discuss the project -- together with my wife and I -- and make sure that everyone involved was on the same piece of music … RARELY does this happen in this industry and my hope is that Legacy Sunrooms is simply on the leading edge of setting a process trend for others to follow. They’re a GREAT company, so are very busy, but to stay true to their promise to meet the finish deadline, they asked if they could work on a weekend (key point here, they didn’t assume, they called and asked first if working on a weekend would be OK); what building contractor does that? Their crew showed up Friday evening, competed the major portions of the project on Saturday, and finished everything by noon Sunday – that’s less then 48 hours start to finish; what building contractor does that? The construction crew was extremely professional, friendly, diligent, and their work was spectacular; there was no trash left on the job site or laying in the lawn for me to pick up afterwards; what building contractor does that? And, drum roll please, the final product was mechanically and cosmetically spectacular, the job was done within the date range parameters we agreed up, there were no surprises (surprises during these projects are NEVER good), and the final price was EXACTLY what we had agreed upon … nope, no up charges, no nickel and diming, no holding us hostage by holding up the job for more money (all things we’ve experienced with other building contractors); what building contractor does that? Bottom line is that they did quality work, with innovative and quality products, on time, and within budget with no surprises; what building contractor does that? To the ENTIRE staff and owners of Legacy Sunrooms: thank you for your honesty, superior work ethic, and kindness during the entire process!!!!!!!!!!!! Very sincerely and appreciatively, Joseph E. Our experience with Luke, Dave and Brad and their employees was stellar. My husband wanted a glass roof in our long-anticipated sunroom. I had my doubts expecting it to be far too warm. Luke came in and swept us off our feet with his great personality and “voo-doo glass,” as I refer to it whenever I tell the story. (Ask him for a demonstration!!! It’ll blow you away!!) So I walked to a corner of the back yard and held out my arms to represent the corner and said “This is what I want.” Luke gave me a "seriously?" look and said, “OK!!!” and had a design within a couple of days. Once construction started on our 1000 foot “sunwing” we ended up getting to know Brad and his crew quite well and enjoyed our time with them. I always got a greeting of “Good morning, Darcy!” It was enjoyable listening to the crew laughing together and enjoying building the sunwing, even when problems came up like an ant nest in our existing exterior wall or several of the other issues that you get when you build onto an existing home. From start to finish the job was done with extreme care and professionalism and consideration of the homeowner. The result is literally breathtaking. Even after months of seeing the room daily it still catches my breath as I walk into it. And it’s been fun being in the room through the seasons. Sitting in a chair, looking through the glass ceiling and watching clouds float by and birds fly by or planes fly over during EAA or watching the snow fall with almost 360 degree view. I having nothing but good things to say about Legacy. If your dream is a sunroom, call Legacy!! You will not be disappointed! (And they were great with our dogs too!!)

Absolutely love our updated and improved patio by Legacy Concrete Coatings! Thank you so much! It turned out beautifully. We are very happy with the whole process from our first phone call, to the house visit estimate, to the finished product. Highly recommend!!

We had our new concrete floor installed 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Legacy was very responsive to the initial quote request and everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Our garage floor was in pretty rough shape from a previous poorly installed epoxy finish and we are just thrilled with the end result. They had so many finishes to choose from. It's an investment for sure but I feel we really enhanced the value of our home. Their 15 year warranty really sold us as well having come from a previous poorly installed floor. The installation on our large garage took 8 hours and they left the place spotless.

Company has come out 3 different times and my patio looks worse than when I started. There’s a “ lifetime” warranty however the owner Luke Hoh won’t even respond or answer my calls or texts This company has very young NON EXPERIENCED kids works for them My patio has been sanded down 3 different times due to their poor service, my patio now has multiple dips in the cement from all the sanding and the water and dirt settles there, hence making this “ newly covered patio” ugly to look at and my dogs & son have gotten cuts on their feet because there’s not enough topcoat.
