Concrete Forms Inc

I contracted with Concrete Forms in May of 2020 and was told the job would be completed within a few weeks. I checked back for updates every 3 weeks or so throughout the entire summer and was repeatedly put off and told, "We will be out there week after next." I was always polite and accepted what I was told each time. I contacted him again in early October 2020 and requested a firm commitment to complete the job due to it getting late in the season. I was given a rude response of: "I have to listen to this every day all day long, I'm sick of it, it won't get done!" He then hung up on me, a customer under contract.
