A great store to buy some items. My mother and I had to buy a new electric range since the one we had puked on us, and we went to the appliance department, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the unit we wanted. We scheduled the delivery the following Saturday and the delivery people came out to our house and took the old stove away and installed the new one, and got it all set up for us to use. They even explained a few things.

I've been going here for years for my houses and I'm only writing a review to name drop one person, "Brok". He has been helpful over the last year or two with everything from flooring to nuts and bolts. His customer service is excellent!

Had an okay visit, found everything Alivia in plumbing was very helpful as well as Dan, I did overhear a manager named Mary Alice yelling at someone to do a cart, she was being very rude to them over the walkie talkie which shouldn’t be happening to anyone, other than that I came in looking for a kitchen facet and was treated with respect by the plumbing department. Overall clean store good employees I just think employees need to be treated a little better.

Bought some keypad door knobs took them up to the desk you get them keyed a like at and the gentleman took down the name and phone number and said someone will call you when they are ready! He printed up the invoice and we payed. We were NEVER informed that there was a $10 rekeying charge. So when I went to pick them up today the guy took forever to look for the knobs and he could only find two of the three I bought. I said you need to go look again cause I need the third door knob I payed for it. So he put the two on the desk and went to look again. Then he came back with 3 boxes the two on the desk weren't even mine. Then an employee by the name monte or something like that came over and said you need to pay $30 for rekeying. I said uh what we were never informed of a rekeying fee. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have done it. He said very irritated and angry “there are signs everywhere over by the knobs, how did you not know”. I said I seen no signs by the doorknobs and it’s really crappy nobody told me there was a fee. Then another customer says “it’s a lot cheaper then a locksmith” that’s not the point Bob. Nobody informed me And he didn’t know what to say and handed me the picking ticket with the $30 fee and said you need to pay it. So now I’m mad so I walk over to the door knob section looking for the signs that stated rekeying fee $10 per knob. THERE WAS NOTHING….this man tried to gaslight me and was super rude. So went to the front desk and spoke with the manager at the checkout and he called monte or whatever his name was and said I’m sorry your going to have to pay it. I said that’s ridiculous but whatever it’s just $30 (which isn’t the point). This man said to me well you could just leave the keys here. I’m sorry how do you expect me to unlock the door when the battery in the keypad decides to die. I am unbelievably disappointed with the customer service I received besides the cashier at the front. I am very upset.
