My superintendent Matt Dralle and myself toured the plant to review the floor panels for our project. This our first project with Mid-States. Every interaction that I've had over several months has been excellent and responsive. We got the best tour imaginable in a very thoughtful and thorough way. We saw the plant and process in detail from beginning to end covering safety, process, technology, quality assurance, and finishing. What stood out was the exceptional culture that values continual improvement in people, process and product where safety is paramount. It's affirming to see first hand the effective pursuit of excellence in a company. I believe the underlying values that make excellence possible have tremendous influence on lives of their employees, and in turn their family, and by extension the community. Kudos to leadership at Mid-States and the work they're doing to lead and foster a great culture. It is inspiring. I have the highest regard for Mid-States Precast.

Was in and out with a delivery very quickly. Very sloppy yard though.

MS Concrete, I hope you talk to the guy you sent out to the Lake Geneva Area and remind him that if he wants to drive like a jerk he should reserve that for his personal vehicle and not your company vehicle
