Next Generation

We love our dream home built by Next Generation. Their team helped us craft a customized floor plan that meets our family’s every need, complete with modern design elements. We’ve received so many compliments on our home and couldn’t be happier. In addition, Next Generations commitment to community and giving back is truly admirable.

After trying to find a local builder who would construct our dream home, we found Next Generation. And are we glad we did! They not only designed a home that gave us everything we asked for, but they took those plans and built a beautiful, high quality, low maintenance home that we love to show off to our friends and family. Any issues we had were addressed in a timely manner and we have no major issues that have not been addressed to our satisfaction. Buying a brand new home was a bit nerve wracking, but Stacy did a great job throughout the entire process, and truly took the fear out of the new build process. We made sure to embrace the fact that a brand new home is going to settle, and possibly obtain some flaws. We had no major issues at all. Every concern we had throughout the warranty period was addressed showing the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We absolutely love our home, and will be sure to invite Nextgen for future projects.

Next generation built condos in the Manchester trails subdivision. They rent them out as opposed to selling them. This particular photo I am showing is a woman who is babysitting but refuses to park on the correct side of the road. The unit she's babysitting for is 15546. I will call the cops if this is not corrected by next generation contacting the tenant to instruct their babysitter not to park in the opposite direction of the street. It is a hazard. It's bad enough that they do not instruct their tenants to bring in their garbage cans off of the street once the trash has been removed from them.
