Ozinga

Lycon stood me up when i had them booked a week in advance. I refuse to give them any buisness. I called Ozinga, they came the same day. Also after giving the same dimensions to both companies. Ozinga calculated one full yard less. 5 instead of 6, and it worked out perfect. Easy to work with company.

Ozinga dispatch was consistently calling to make sure my orders were right and the Mixers were on time every time. Very well ran company and service was exceptional.

Very friendly and helpful. Took care of what I needed in one trip.

Tried to use many times, but the waiting period is horrible. The dispatchers haven't been friendly for years. When you call here it goes directly to someone towards Chicago and they dispatch back. There sales guy Danny is great to work with, but corporate not so much

This company sells inferior concrete a.d does not stand behind their product. We have two different colors of concrete in our driveway and have been complaining since it was laid. They sent out *managers* who tried to explain why it had to be something we did. Not even worth 1 star
