The experience was great. Tom answered all questions i had. He pade the process very easy and explained how everything worked. He has an awesome dog too, which for me was a perk. The readymix did not settle from the drive to my house. It is great for spaces where u cant get a big truck into. It is also alot cheaper than the big companies. I was quoted about $450.00 from the big guys. I am very happy with the end result.

Got a small batch of concrete here. Highly recommend.

Good prices and service. Easy to work with. Concrete is supplied in unmixed dump trailers with a very low sag ratio to avoid separation, less than 2. Stiff enough that you have to cut and drag it out of the trailer. You should double your typical crew so you have enough hands around to work the very stiff mix.

Bad experience ordered 2 loads he made it too watery seperated making it difficult to use so the last one made it too dry what a disaster wasted 25% unusable spent two hours chiseling it out when i told him about it he hung up on me. Call lycon 2-1/2 yds is about $450 Tom charge $400 not worth the time or hassle to save 50 bucks
