Alliance Concrete Cutting

Alliance Concrete came today to core drill 4 8" holes up about 10' high on a commercial building I own for HVAC. Because of the snow storm yesterday, the outside staging area was less than ideal and the guys worked with the situation to make sure they had a stable spot for their ladder and went to work. They had the holes done quickly and I talked to the owner while his worker was doing the work and he showed me some of the other equipment these guys have. This company does excellent work and is very fair on the pricing. I will be calling them back in the future for 2 other projects. They did an excellent job also of making zero mess inside the building. I'm so glad I found these guys. The hvac guys wanted to use a hammer drill with a 3/8" drill bit and poke one hole at a time to work their way around a circle until they had the 8" hole cut. I couldn't even imagine how horrible that would have looked so I told them to go home for the day while I looked around and found this company. Percent Round 8" holes. Worth every penny. I’m really glad I asked Ron to come cut a door in a 10 inch thick wall of concrete. It seemed to take him no time at all. His method of dropping it meant no damage to the floor, ease of breaking up the slab for removal and minimal cleanup. I would be glad to hire Ron again, not only for his work but also that abides by his word and quote.

Completely unprofessional! He left the water on for over 24 hours and if we didn’t check, would have had a bigger mess when it froze (4 hours to clean up). I kept pictures and a video of it. We gave him another chance and addressed the issue the next time he came. He got into my sister’s face and said he had a bad day! He then threatened her saying, “ You want to go!”. He was subcontracted out and the construction company immediately removed him from ever working with them again. Beware! This guy is a loose cannon!
