The salesperson came right away. He gave good advice on what to do with sealing our driveway and parking lot. We decided to seal the parking lot but not the driveway. It was too full of cracks from heavy truck use. Seven men came early with string trimmers and blowers to work on the lot. They thoroughly removed the grass in the cracks and blew the surface clear. I was impressed. In the afternoon they applied the first asphalt seal coat. The next day they applied the second coat. The next day they painted the striping which looks great. I was very happy with this company.

Shawn came out and talked to me about how. and when I should sealcoat my driveway. That was in 2024 the did a great job then . But this spring some of the sealcoating was flaking off. Shawn came out again and explained what went wrong and assured me they would come out and redo the whole driveway even though only half had flaking on it. They just finished up with the redo I am very happy with the professional experience I had with them

Had them seal coat my very long driveway on two different occasions. They do a great job and the seal coat lasts a long time. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the experience I had with Asphalt Seal & Repair from beginning to end. We only did crack repair this summer. They were very thorough. We have about 3 acres of asphalt and I don't think they missed a single crack. My first visit with Jim (Chopper) was extremely informative. He explained why certain cracks developed like they did and identified bigger problems that I was unaware of. He understood that our budget was limited and that we needed to take this project on in steps.

Would not recommend. I typically wouldn't have gone with a contractor but I sent out many inquiries and they were one of the few that got back to me right away. 1 of the few others that reached out to me was a business that they worked with and that he disclosed to me, so I would have felt slimy going direct. I reached out very early in the year with the hope to get our driveway paved as soon as the season opened. A couple different places were sent to our house for estimates and one specially recommended paving over the small slab of concrete in front of our garage. My husband declined that as he felt that was a bad idea, the guy said it would be included in the quote and just to let the contractor know we don't want it. I received the quote and inquired if it was the business that suggested paving over the concrete and he confirmed it was and stated he would never recommend that and was surprised it was even discussed. I asked if he could confirm if that was included in our quote and to remove it. He called me back a little while later and said it wasn't in the quote and that he works with that company a lot and trust them. I also inquired about cash vs credit and if there was a price break. He confirmed there wasn't and it was the same for cash or card. I very specially asked if I would get charged a credit card fee and he told me no. I signed the agreement based off of this and was told we would be on the schedule shortly after the plants open mid May. Weeks and months passed of me following up frequently to keep being told "soon" or given a date range that continued to slip, which I get is outside of the contractor's control, but still very frustrating to wait and to keep having to follow up. We finally get a call that they are coming to clean up the gravel and they would anticipate the paving would happen soon after. When the guys came to clean up the driveway, they showed my house the plan and it included paving over the concrete which was included in our quote just as I said it was. We were leaving for vacation at the end of summer and my disabled parents would be staying at our house to babysit. We live in the country so street parking isn't an option. I provided the dates to the contractor as dates thay were not available to have our driveway out of commission. Again, weeks passed after the clean up and still no paving. We are 3 days out from vacation and I get a call that they will be there in the morning. Previously, we were recommended to stay off the driveway for at least 5 days, week preferred. I expressed the frustration of my parents not being able to use the driveway and was told it would probably be fine if they drove on it, which would have only been 48 hours later. A month after the project was completed, we still hadn't seen an invoice, so I reached out. I was sent the invoice with no clear direction on how to pay. I was then told I could send a check; when I inquired about credit card, I received no response. Almost another month had past when I got an email stating I would get charged a late fee if I don't pay soon. I reminded I was still awaiting a response on the credit card option and was told I could call with a card but would get charged 4%. I reminded of the initial confirmation I received prior to signing the quote that I wouldn't get charged a fee and asked if they could waive it. I was told no, there was nothing they could do and they are sorry I misunderstood. Ultimately, terrible experience. Not trustworthy whatsoever, I would not recommend.
