Owner is not dog friendly and of an accusatory nature. Though he is a lease expert, he doesn’t realize small dogs cannot leave deposits as big as themselves. Owner is abrasive, rude, cannot speak coherent sentences when upset. I would not recommend someone who will yell, pout, almost to tears, while cursing to do anything for well anyone.
