I've lived in my home for 16 years and recently decided it was time to add a driveway and sidewalks. My niece, Diana Swanson, recommended I contact the team at Balts Construction, and I'm glad I did. I scheduled a consultation with Charlie Hebert, who met me at my house and shared several excellent ideas I hadn't previously considered. One standout recommendation was to add decorative stone between the house and the sidewalks. He provided several images showing different stone options and border styles and suggested extending the stone from the sidewalk near the garage entry door all the way to my deck. This solution not only enhances the look of the space but also reduces maintenance, especially eliminating the need to weed-whack around the air-conditioning unit. The crew began work on the driveway on Monday and completed the sidewalks by Friday of the same week. I had several questions throughout the project, and the foreman, Matt [Frog], addressed them promptly and courteously. At one point, I needed to choose between rounded or squared sidewalk edges, and I had difficulty visualizing the curved option. Matt, Jonathan [Cowboy], and Jesse [Tadpole] took the time to set up a rough layout so I could see how it would look in place. I appreciated their extra effort, and based on that preview, I chose the squared design. I needed a 4' x 4' base installed for a windmill I received. The crew kindly set the platform, positioned the windmill base, and drove the anchor hook into the concrete to secure it in place. I truly appreciated the extra time and effort the crew took to ensure a positive experience. I highly recommend Balts Construction to anyone in need of cement work, and I have already recommended them to others.

Balts replaced my asphalt shingles and rubber roof on my porch after hail damage. I also had them install a new kitchen window. Everything looks great. The crew was very friendly and checked in with me to be sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will use them again on my next project. Thank you Balts!

Kevin and his men did an amazing job on a major deck repair. Kevin was respectful, not only of our needs, but the respect and camaraderie displayed between he and his men was refreshing. Balts Construction, and all employees, not only earned 5 Stars on this project, they earned our trust. We will always contact them first when we are looking for quality workmanship. I highly recommend Balts Construction. We had some storm damage on our roof that they installed 3 years ago. They came back and did a temporary fix until they could come back to do the permanent repair. Thank you Kevin for standing behind your work. The only suggestion I have is better communication when workers can't make their scheduled appointment.

I contacted them September 15th about some hail damage. They come by twice for the damage. Took pictures and details. Stopped at the shop and gave them my papers from my insurance company. I called twice about how things were going. Said they would get back to me, but never did. So December 18th I had another contractor complete the job. Still no response from Balts construction. Beware, stay clear.
