We are needing to ome repairs due to the recent storm damage. They had a fair amount of material on display and information booklets. We obtained some samples as we are trying to determine the next steps.

Service was good, yard help loaded trailer and cheaper than the local box store and much better wood.

Salesman was good, and has been over the past few years. However, do not expect this company to go out of their way to help. 17 thousand spent in windows, a few thousand here and there with other jobs all in the last 60 days. Reached out regarding a warranty issue and they won't even demand that the window manufacturer give me a new window that is in need of repair fresh out of the box. But assured me, repair parts are on the way. When I asked about who would be paying me for the time wasted and spent repairing the brand new window, I was told I am welcome to call the window manufacturer. Now I am out the money of paying guys to install a window that had to be removed due to manufacturer error, only to be told that the repair parts are on the way and I can fix the window myself. Then evidently pay my guys to install it again. Bad business ethics and will not return for future business on that alone. I really would have expected them to stand up for thier customers more.

Quoted 1-2 weeks to get product, but took 6 weeks for it to arrive. Poor communication. Ordered 20% more product than I needed and charged me 25% restocking fee to return the extra.
