I wanted to share my great experience with recently working with Felson Concrete and Eric the owner. I was referred to them by my concrete guy Bryan who I have used for 20+ years. I was impressed with the good communication. The guys covered up my siding to protect it from any concrete splash. They took down my fence and did a fantastic job. I will use them again and have already referred them to a friend of mine. Eric was fantastic and even replied to me when he was on vacation to set up my appointment. Great work, very professional and very thankful to find good contractors. Please tell your crew thank you again! Mark Olson Elk Mound Wi

We had a concrete sidewalk and stoop replaced by Felsen. Eric, John, and Nick are all great to work with. Communication was great, pricing was fair, they protected our new siding well. The finished concrete looks great! We also had them do some work on a stamped concrete patio. Both jobs were done very well. I highly recommend Felsen, and we'll definitely have them take care of our future projects.

I can not really recommend this company. Had them pour concrete for a back patio and 3rd driveway parking spot. They were able to fit me in quickly and the price seemed reasonable. Unfortunately the concrete started to crack after the 1st winter. Unable to get a hold of them to come look at it for repair/recommendations.

Poor communication. Poor planning. Owner is unprofessional. They messed the concrete slab up even after giving them the exact engineering plans and the phone number of the engineer. They may be cheap but I would stay far away.

I would not recommend this business as they will not honor a signed contract. I requested an estimate and signed a contract 10/8/2021 for a job to be completed early the following spring in the amount of $3429. In April of 2022 John Kane of Felsen Concrete presented me with a new estimate for more than $1000 for the job saying his costs had gone up. I called American Materials to check on cost of concrete and cost had gone up $10/yard for a total of about $60. I realized fuel costs had gone up and offered to give him $500 above the original contract but he ignored me for a month. He finally said he wouldn’t do the job. I found another contractor that did a great job within the month, used higher grade materials and included reinforcing mesh and sealer in the job that the first contract didn’t include all for about the cost of the original contract. If you need concrete work done I would look elsewhere. Ron Thompson
