My project, in the scheme of things, was a very small undertaking compared to their other endeavors, but no one there gave the impression it was small potatoes. My $15000 job got the same degree of personal attention as their other work. Moreover, when Lynn, the design consultant, came to the house she recommended that I not replace a counter top in good condition just for the sake of change. Lynn helped me to recognize that there's merit in not putting materials into a home that doesn't need that yet. Maybe sometime. I also appreciated that Chris Stebnitz took the time to give me a tour of their home office and that everyone he introduced me to seemed genuinely pleased to be a part of their team. There was a very positive energy in the place. I'm all about finding sources of positive energy in life and I'd recommend anyone else to head there too. The flooring and kitchen work turned out just as I hoped, with little to no effort on my part...another key to a good life. I'm grateful!

We’ve had many successful projects with Stebnitz Builders, and can’t hardly wait for the start of our next one in early January! Stebnitz brings so much talent to the job. Plus they understand my visions and have delivered every single time! Awesome craftsmanship and wonderful people always add to our satisfaction with Stebnitz. I’d choose 6 stars if I could!

The email I sent to Stebnitz at the end of my project sums up how I feel about the whole experience: I wanted to let you and the whole team know how happy I am with my new kitchen. It looks amazing and more importantly it functions better than I imagined. Even cleaning up is a breeze! It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone, but especially Joe. He did a meticulous job on every aspect. His high standards put me at ease and I felt like I didn’t need to micromanage anyone because he always had it under control. He gave me a summary of what was happening and what to expect every day. Plus he’s a great guy with a positive attitude. That’s saying a lot after having someone in my home every day for several weeks! Stebnitz really lived up to the reputation. I’ll be contacting you for bids on some other upcoming jobs.

Being in our 70’s, building our ranch home seemed like a daunting task. But Stebnitz builders made it a great experience. From the design stage to completion, Stebnitz’s input, suggestions and workmanship were outstanding. The whole process was truly enjoyable. When you hear stories of others less than desirable experiences, this is where Stebnitz Builders stands in the forefront. We are so grateful that we chose Stebnitz. They truly listen to you.Their suggestions and design input were on the money , and we are so glad that we listened. They built our house and now we have a beautiful five bedroom, three and one half bath , home that we are so proud to live in. So glad that we chose Stebnitz !

Stebnitz Builders is a top notch construction and remodeling company that I would recommend to anyone considering a new home or updating/changing an existing house. Their communications, attention to detail, craftsmanship and ability to deliver to scope, schedule and cost is outstanding. We love the work they did at our residence.
