Hilliard Concrete & Excavating

I cannot speak highly enough of Hilliard Excavating and Concrete. We had a unique situation of our house was being lifted in place and new foundation installed. Hilliard was one of the few willing to pour and excavate under a lifted home. They excavated all of the old foundation out, hauled away, poured new foundation walls and basement floor along with our front porch and garage. Taylor understood our urgency to get the house back down as soon as possible so they moved very quickly and everything was an extremely fair price. The guys did great work and were super easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain if you have questions. Very happy with the outcome and will definitely be using them in the future!

They were able to come to our project very fast, however the final product was less than satisfactory. Tom the owner never came to meet with us about the issues we were having. We were able to find a resolution with the concrete supply company and Hilliard Concrete, but that was because they communicated directly, we were never able to meet with the owner and or anyone from his company to voice our concerns. We heard he was very busy and unable to meet, he never even came to inspect the final product, before or after we stated we were unhappy. However he and or his company wasn't to busy to invoice us and cash our check to get paid. It's very sad to see people can continue to have clients with such poor customer service, I did not choose him for the project my contractor did and we will not be using him for the remaining concrete projects left on site. Also as seen in other reviews the crew that was onsite was on their phones continuously.
