From the beginning I was impressed with Ruzbin: he was knowledgeable, punctual, onsite during the job, and responsive to calls and emails (a game changer for me). He and his crew were punctual, hardworking, and professional. My driveway was challenging to repave, but Ruzbin had the solution. I am so pleased with the result! Thank you Ruzbin and crew! I am not big on getting a lot of bids for a project; I generally just rely on the advice of friends, but given the scope of my driveway project, I resigned myself to getting at least two bids. After a quick Google search, I settled on New Era Paving and another prominent local company and contacted them both. Ruzbin of New Era came almost immediately and I made an appointment for the following week with the other paving company. Upon meeting Ruzbin, I was impressed by his attitude and professionalism. While surveying the project, Ruzbin suggested that I level an unusable area of my driveway. I had thought about this upgrade, but thought the price would be prohibitive. Ruzbin stated that it wouldn't be too expensive, since he had men on his crew that could to the masonry work and he would not need to subcontract it. The estimate arrived from New Era that evening and I was quite surprised at how economical it was, including the grading and masonry work, as well as doing some patches on a retaining wall. I met with the other paving company the following week, but did not get another estimate, since it came out in conversation what Ruzbin had proposed and was told their estimate would be substantially higher, since they would have to “job-out” the masonry work. I was warned that New Era's estimate might not include possible “over-runs,” but I checked back with Ruzbin and he said his price was firm, so I gave the go-ahead. Only a few days later, the job is done and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend New Era Paving to anyone in the area considering a paving project.

Called New Era for a quote and Ruzbin was out that day quoting the job. Very knowledgeable and professional, and the price was great. I totally recommend New Era, give them a call for your next paving job!

Ruzbin and crew, are awesome. On time, on target, on spec and 7 hours later, done! Even came back, to adjust and flush up a chain link gate connection...and to pick up a couple tools, left behind. Great job to the crew and company, thank you for the great result. Highly recommended!
