Duquaine Concrete

From Ed the owner to all his crew, the Duquaine Concrete team exceeded our high expectations. From excavation, frost walls, flat work, and added side projects, they were like a well oiled machine with great workers. Really wish all subcontractors had the same high standards, customer service, and attention to detail as they do. Will use them for any future project and highly recommend you consider them as well!

I’m really pleased with my selection of Duquaine Concrete for our poured foundation project for a new house. After reaching out to multiple other concrete contractors with little success (who were either too expensive or not readily available / interested) I found Duquaine Concrete. Duquaine has been responsive, knowledgeable, and provided a quality finished product for us. All my questions have been responded to promptly either by a call, text or email. Ed helped me work through simplifying our design to reduce costs on the front end. He also offered suggestions on what we needed to do with our complex site that were spot on. When issues have arisen, they have been responded to quickly: When an problem came up during the steel beam installation, AJ responded to the site in less than 30 minutes from being called to allow the steel to still get installed that afternoon. They worked directly with our inspectors to get inspections completed and passed. And even in not ideal conditions, they were able to get the work done. I appreciate the additional help everyone I dealt with at Duquaine gave me during the project, which would lead me to recommend them to others for similar projects.

I called in for a quote on a catio (patio for my cats). They got back to me same day and showed up within a week to pour my catio. AJ (foreman) did a fantastic job on every aspect of it and even let me put my cats paws in the concrete before it was finished. Very respectful young man and keeps his crew in line. 10/10 would recommend.

Did a decent job, but were hard to nail down for timing and called me right before wanting to show up which didn't work well. Id rather have a more definite schedule. Left lots of debris all over my yard. Did fix some issues with the foundation under my garage where the driveway was poured and did a good job. Wont be having them back to do my patio though. I want a contractor I can rely on.

I had company come out for estimate. Explained what I wanted done. I was quoted a price. Yesterday morning received a call from company stated another job was pushed back and asked if they could come out same day to pour concrete. Workers arrived and did the job. Only problem was part of the job was not done as I requested.
