Good place and good people to work with

I do not recommend this company to anyone due to the poor interaction with the staff. This company and others that they 'contract' with were performing work at a neighboring property. Upon a break from work and returning to the property, it was discovered that the crew was plugged into our electric using heavy equipment. They stated their generator blew and apologized. Gave $20 bucks for using our utilities that day and were told to stop and to use the electric of the property they were working on (not ours, and we have no ownership or affiliation with the other property) It was bad enough that no one said anything or asked, and had a return home not occurred, we would have never known they were using our electric. Neighbors kept an eye on the property during work hours over the next few days for us and they continued to plug into my exterior outlets. When the company was called to inquire what we should do and how things were going to get taken care of, since the people physically working at the site were not listening to us, he became belligerent and yelling, stating that it was their subcontractor and not them, yet it's their equipment and their employees at the site. Poor customer service. $20 bucks for days/hours of heavy machinery equipment usage, and not even an apology from the owner on the phone. The other Giese company in Fond du Lac (whom have no affiliation to this one) even called to apologize to me since I accidentally called that one first. They made sure I knew that they were not affiliated with this company by any means and apologized for what happened. If you're needing something done, that requires services like this company offers, I would highly advise shopping around. No one deserves such poor customer service.
