Basement Repair Specialist was a great team to work with. They evaluated our problems and gave us a thorough estimate, following up promptly on all our questions. Scheduling the project was simple and very timely. They were careful to lay down paper throughout the house to protect our floors and did a good job cleaning up afterward. While the work hasn't been put to the test by heavy rain yet, their great warranty gives peace of mind. The experience was great and we would hire them again!

Bob and the team were fantastic! They solved our problem in less than two days. The office communicated well and the guys onsite were courteous and kept the house clean. We found the project to be a good value!

Vince came out and inspected our crawl space and provided a quote. We some questions so he came back and rechecked everything and updated the quote. Very professional! The crew that did the job was great. Answered any questions and the crawlspace looks great. Highly recommend them.

They went above and beyond to help with my sump pump alarm issues. Leslie is so great on the phone--spent a lot of time trying to help--and the two technicians (Harrison and David???) were also helpful. A few years ago, the company also came out to put in custom block basement windows and a humidifier. They were honest in not upselling me on more expensive repairs, and I greatly appreciate that too!

Basement Repair Specialists was recommended by an structural engineer. After reaching out, all calls were returned very quickly. Bob came out to give and estimate and explained the repair process very thoroughly. In light of what we thought the repairs might cost, we were very relieved at the cost of the proposal and were left feeling confident that we had found and excellent fit with the company. Once the repairs were scheduled, Francisco called when he was on his way and arrived within minutes of his scheduled time. He work diligently for two days and completed the job right on schedule with no complications. Obviously, time will tell if the repairs are successful, but based on the explanations from Bob, and the workmanship that Francisco demonstrated, I have little doubt that the Basement Repair Specialists has given many, many more years of life to our retaining wall.
