I had an existing porch concrete slab and porch foundation walls refinished. This porch had been an eye-sore for 30 years. It's amazing what these people can do to existing concrete. They turned concrete into stone. The main scope of the project was to install a new stamped front concrete entrance walkway along with a sitting area off to the side. During the work, we also decided to install cultured stone to the front entrance door area to dress things up. The walkway and entrance to the house are now beautiful. The quality of the work surpassed all expectations. You will not find a contractor more dedicated to quality workmanship. Their attention to detail is second to none. You will not regret hiring this contractor. I'm already planning another project with them.

We’ve had JC Santy do many projects on our property. A complete basement, 2 buildings with frost walls and floors, a slab and other projects. I will use them again and recommend them to my closest friends.

Told us they would use wheelbarrows or lay boards down on our lawn to haul cement across our entire back yard to put a cement pad in for a shed. Didn't do either. Destroyed our back yard with skid steer! Then wouldn't fix it. DO NOT HIRE THEM!
