Dropped off a new service vehicle to them

The work they performed on our new home was not good to say the least, I expressed concerns with Jeff Plans and northern concrete. Jeff was the rudest contractor/ person I’ve ever had to deal With. They poured 5 driveways In a row and 4 cracked in the same way! The porch was poured in the rain and they tried to broom it and fix it, it was so sloppy the controlled joint collapsed on itself, and then cracked, this was on the front porch where everyone sees as they come in to the house. I requested it be replaced. It was. The sidewalk is beginning to pop because it’s filled with chirt stone. I can’t see this lasting more than 5 years by they way it looks already. They never compacted the driveway before it was poured. And it’s under 3” thick in some areas! Very sloppy work!
