Reed Property Restoration did an amazing job!! We had a new yard that needed lots of smoothing and leveling, rocks removed, pitching, trees planted…you name it! Him and his team were so efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and truly cared! We are so happy with the finished product, it’s perfectly smooth! We can’t wait to see little grass sprouts pop up! We recommend them 10/10 to anyone!! They are so great to work with!

We had a blank slate with our completed new build and needed a landscaper who would do final grade, curbing, design, plant selection, and coordinate with irrigation. We ended up going with Reed Property Restoration after seeing the great reviews and quick communication from Blaise. I’m very impressed with the end results and the great crew that were professional and hardworking. They adjusted quickly to plant changes and helped guide us in decision-making. Reed Property Restoration was hired by the Brown County Historical Society as part of the Hazelwood Historic House Restoration project. They removed an old brick patio, enlarged the footprint and installed a new patio using old brick. It is beautiful, compliments the historic house, and exceeded our expectations. They also regraded and added a stone base under fences. Blaise was quick to respond to questions and the entire team was committed to our satisfaction. We decided on Reed Property Restoration based on the high recommendation of a neighbor and are very satisfied. They worked quickly and were very respectful of our property. I highly recommend them.

We can’t say enough great things about having Blaise Reed and his team! They transformed our backyard with an extended level lawn, an expanded firepit, some rebuilt dry stone walls & a fantastic retaining wall. We live on the river so the view from both sides of this new wall are really important. Blaise followed an architect drawing that we had drawn to scale in pencil form , and then found the right concrete building materials to contour the wall with curves. His dedication to our project was wonderful.He kept in constant communication and was here daily to oversee the team’s progress. And..gotta say, his team is wonderful..they are professional, careful, tidy and were a pleasure to have here. Blaise said many times….he wasn’t leaving here until we were totally happy. We are!! Blaise and his team did an absolutely beautiful job on our backyard. We bought a house (and yard) that needed A LOT of maintenance done. The back yard was over grown, and what was there was rotted out. I explained to him the patio we envisioned and he made it happen. His attention to detail was superb and even when he ran into unexpected challenges, he was fair. We are very happy with the dedication of his team and the results they achieved. If you’re going to spend thousands on an outdoor patio, you want quality work, and that’s what he and his team provided. We couldn’t be happier.
