Second home that we are replacing existing stairs with Concrete Steps. The shocker is the price hasn't jumped up since our last set of steps 10 years ago. Great service, fast estimate and work was completed fairly quickly!!!

We had a last minute project to get our garage coated but needed to have the concrete steps in place before the other company came out. I called Jim, who responded within 24hours. We made a plan, I stopped by the shop to discuss the project and within 4 days we had our steps in. He even took time and came out to make sure it was leveled and good to go. His customer service is top notch and hard to find in todays construction jobs. I recommend him to family and friends when asked.

After physically stopping at the office to arrange a time for the estimator because I was not being contacted set appointment with Jim. Estimator came out months ago. Unfortunately as mentioned in other reviews I have not heard anything about the status of the estimate or details no being December 1st. I understand I had a number of items to address but no contact or updates is concerning. Trying to do business with a local company but they are making it hard.

If you’re looking to get steps here. Good luck. No one’s picks up phone. Even if you leave a VM. Only business in the area for precast concerte steps too. They must be to busy I guess. Going to hire someone to build out the landing and steps instead.

Contacted the company by email, received an email back right away. I explained what I was looking for and Jim advised it may take a few weeks to come over and take measurements. I was looking for replacement like for like on 2 porches, not too different than what I was seeing on their website. After a few weeks I contacted him again, no response, called no answer then a few days later he emailed me back, was going to stop by. He came, took measurements and said to look for an estimate via email, a few days went by, no email. I emailed him, but no response it's 1 month since he stopped by. Honestly wanted to go with them but now looking elsewhere.
