Bothun's Concrete Leveling

Great experience, Mike has great communication and got he job knocked out in one day! I had a couple of woodchucks burrow under my garage in several places, Mikes crew drilled through the floor and got everything filled in to avoid floor cracking or settling. Great work!

Arrived when they said they would, waisted no time, checked levels and angles repeatedly throughout the process, careful with the landscaping, answered my questions respectfully top quality equipment. Best of all, Repaired an entry sidewalk that was a huge trip hazard! Thank you!

We had Bothun's Concrete Leveling do our drive and walkway and were very pleased with the results. The previous homeowner did a process that was less expensive and proved to worsen over time until we finally considered replacing the driveway. Mike came out to estimate the work needed, explained exactly the process they would be doing and provided pricing.  The crew came and had the work completed in a day and it looked awesome. We were confident that this is something that will last and it looks so much better at a fraction of the price to replace.  I highly recommend Bothun's!

Overall experiance was ok. When they came out to qoute the repair they were out fast even included a qoute for the side walk. Email response just to know when they were coming out took a bit. I explained to them I was having a water run off issue and needed the driveway pitched away from the house. They said they could fix that no problem. The qoute was 4 slabs pitched away from the house and the sidewalk. I was thinking they were going to trim the steps to pitch the sidewalk they just saw cut the concrete in front of the step. Got home instantly saw the 4th wasnt raised at all i put a level on it still pitched pretty severe towards the house. It rained thst day took pictures of the water pooling. Sent the pictures and gave them a call. The main reason for the 3 star it felt like they were attempting to give me the run around I had expressed to them the 4th slab wasn't touched and the concrete was still pitched towards the house. He explained they void filled under the 4th (great excuse). And that they cant pitch it because its to close to the garage and fence several reasons. I politely hung up because I feel I know how this conversation is going to go. I sent them a long email explaining I was told they could get the job done pitch the 4 pieces of driveway, And that they never told me they would have any issues with my 1 request to pitch the driveway. Also explained that they should have informed me of this before the repair and I did not feel i was provided with the service i was qouted. He was quick to respond. They came out right away and pitched the last slab which took alot more work for course I asked before they started will I now have to worry about any other issues or water intrusion in the garage didnt get a response. He had told me they would have to grind the trip hazard i was fine with that. Came home after second repair several garden border pavers raised up from foam going under them. A decent size trip hazard from where the patio pavers meet the concrete. Guess I have a weekend project of redoing alot of the papers now lol
