Building with Marklein was a great experience! Marklein was great with working within my budget and answering my (millions of) questions. From the first meeting to the finished home, the attention to detail, level of professionalism and quality of materials used exceeded my expectations.

They have built my grandma's house, my dad's house, and my mom's house. 40 years old - 10 years hold is the span. No issues with any home. They have a lot of quality rentals too; housing, apartments, duplexes.

We had Marklein for our general contractor building our new home and were absolutely pleased with the entire process. We highly recommend them.

Four years ago we chose Marklein and started the 'process'. We were in our home right on schedule and working with the has been a dream, really.

Called them for a quote to put a roof over a deck, a portico over the front entrance and re-roof the house. They came out promptly measured and told me they would get back to me with a quote. Waited three weeks and never heard from them. I called them was told how they had so much to do, and would get me something in 2-3 days. Now its been 5-6 weeks and still nothing. Not really sure why they wasted the time to come out to the house. This was a builder who use to have a good reputation.
