Polytek Midwest installed their floor at my house on 7.19.19. They showed up to my house exactly when they said they would. They immediately got to work. My garage floor had a 1 decent sized crank and a few smaller cracks. My floor also had some deep pitting. Polytek did a fantastic job filling the cracks and grinding the entire floor. They also did a great job on my floor ledges. My ledges and vertical areas are not constructed perfect and I was concerned how they could make the area's look good. I think they did a great job. When the guys were finished they cleaned up 100% of the work area and took 100% of their trash. I considered trying to coat my own floor. I know you can rent equipment at the big box stores. You can NOT rent the equipment they showed up with. This is not a small operation, they have the best of the best equipment. Im so glad I did not attempt this job myself. I would highly recommend polytek midwest for your poly floor needs.

Something is awry with customer service here. I contacted Polytek Midwest to get an estimate for my garage floor coating. It took them three business days to return my call. After setting up an appointment, the sales consultant arrived an hour late. He gave me a verbal quote on the spot but never sent a written proposal as promised. Even after a follow up email from me, I've received nothing after two weeks. All these are red flags for working with a contractor and I've moved on to another company. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately, Polytek ruined the entry of our house by staining our siding and new sidewalk with their adhesive. We have tried to resolve this amicably but Polytek is now ghosting us. Beware as they do not stand behind their website/word/work. Do not hire them- find another contractor.

Customer Service is awful. We had our floor done in Aug of 2019. Only 2 years later we noticed a crack in the floor and so called to talk to someone about a repair. After many attempts and no return call we sent an email stating our problem. We finally got someone to come out, but specifically asked for notification on when they would be there. No notification and they came when only our son was home. We wanted someone there because we found the crack extended further than we initially found. Crack was repaired, but only partially. Called again because needed an explanation on why we weren’t notified on when they were coming and also needed the rest of the crack fixed. Finally got Tim to come out (probably because we filed a BBB report) and discuss the issues we were having and he mentioned that the tech who came for the repair said that he noticed the crack was longer but did not repair it. Because it was late in the year we were asked to contact Tim in the spring to have the rest fixed. After a long discussion he talked us into removing he BBB report that we filed and we did thinking he would now understand that he needed to improve his communication. Text message sent as requested in May this year. I asked for verification that it was received and it was confirmed. It is now Oct and we have heard NOTHING from them. We are completely disappointed with how they handle their communication and service for their product. I will never refer this company to anyone. Crack has not been fixed.
