Brent was extremely helpful in getting us a part for our drawer slide. We were walking out and he asked if we found everything we needed. We commented you don't have what we need and showed him the part. He said he could order it in and proceeded to find the part on line. Was ordered on Sunday and said would be in on Wednesday. Received a call Tuesday afternoon saying part was in. Picked up Tuesday night and drawer fixed and works perfectly. Price of part was cheaper than competitor's (including Amazon!). I needed sand for a planter and they had the best price and were great about helping me get it in the car. All the people working there were very nice and friendly. Great hardware store!

I love this store. They are extremely helpful and beat the big box stores by 100%. If they can't help you they will direct you to where you can get what you need or try to order it for you.

Place like no other. I drive a longer distance just to go here. Well...my unintended stop ended up being a complete and utter delight. After deciding to look for materials for the final stages of a couple of projects, I was greeting by Paul, an Ace Hardware associate. He was by far the most friendly, professional and informational worker I have ever interacted with. I am not only comparing Carsens Ace Hardware to other Ace Hardware locations but also to local and national competitors. Associates will go above and beyond to make sure you find what you need. Bonus about this place is that the workers know what they are talking about and can actually answer questions. I would highly recommend this business to any man or woman of any skill level and/or need. My return will be very soon. Thanks again for the great experience and assistance.

Nice store! Helpful workers, talkative and fairly knowledgeable on projects. It appears that everyone who works here is some sort of hobbyist. Recommended, prices are high, but what can one expect? Convenient location
