Gene Fredrickson Trucking should stick to what they can handle, moving dirt from one place to another. Period. They’re totally out of their league re-doing Stoney Brook Road in Buchanan. I work on that road and it’s clear they do not have any sort of plan to keep a flow to the road. Today they’ll rip up a section and abandon that portion go to another side of the road or to the complete other end of the road leave piles and holes, 2 foot drop offs for drivers to navigate through, maybe by the end of the week they’ll return and make it passable. Mondays and Fridays are a crap shoot as to how many guys they’ll have working, usually 1 or 2 guys in a backhoe or bobcat while 6-8 other guys shoot the bull and chuckle as people who work or parents try to pick-up and drop-off kids at the poor daycare facility on that road. Mornings are always fun to see where they shut it down the day before. You may be able to drive into an access road or parking lot, but realize there isn’t a way out ( did you ever hear of a “No through traffic “ sign?? Stick to driveing dirt back-n-forth, leave the complicated projects to actual engineers and skilled contractors who have a diploma from higher learning and not just a G.E.D.

Clearly, this business doesn’t care about people‘s reviews, considering I’m giving a one star review about something that multiple people have already given a one star review about. Who would’ve thought the easiest thing to do was actually the Hardest. Thanks for the rock to the windshield!

Last week Friday I was assured they would call Monday to take care of my busted windshield from a chunk of busted concrete being hauled in their untried load. But guess not. Technically they don’t need to tarp their loads in Wisconsin but on a second note they do. Because debris flew off the truck and struck another vehicle it can be classified as an unsecured or un contained load. Sadly it’s only a $200 citation but I’m screwed now and have to pay for a $600 windshield.

Drivers tailgate like they are in a race not like their driving a semi, completely reckless Tailgating from New London down highway 45 all the way to highway 10. Not to mention he was also speeding, terrible policing of their employees
