Excellent work! Mark and Team did an outstanding job on our very large concrete driveway. He met with us several times ahead and gave ideas and very fair estimates. We asked lots of questions, having issues with contractors in the past, we wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Mark was very attentive, fair, and while onsite his team worked fast and efficiently. We are thrilled with the result!!!!

My landlord hired this crook to replace our garage floor. Mark is by far the rudest and unprofessional person that I have ever met. When tearing up the floor he tore a huge chunk of our driveway, collapsed the right side of our garage by busting out a wall of brick, which caused both service door to shift by more than 10”, and leaving the right side of the garage on a slant. When he poured the concrete he did NOT use rebar, or gravel in fact poured over the busted up concrete. He did not fix any of the block he busted up, and left the driveway with a huge hole. M. S Concrete was contracted to pour stamped concrete in our sunroom. When we had an issue he was unwilling to work with us and even charged 15 % monthly interest on the amount we held back trying to get him to work with us. We have all the text messages sent to M.S. Concrete and what we said was it was still drying but looked good. After it was dry is when we notice the splotchy color. We paid Mark $800 on 6/29 to put the job on his schedule and he told us to contact him when we had the room prepared for him. He would be there either Wednesday or Thursday for doing the job and would let us know. He showed up Wednesday without prior notice which is why the room was locked. We both work until 5 P.M. and Mark knew this and that we would have to leave the door unlocked the day he was going to show up. In today's world people do not just leave the doors unlocked unless someone was expected to be coming. When the job was complete we paid him an additional $800 on 8/25 holding back the remaining $800 balance because of this dispute.We were out of the country from September 1st through the 18th and received our held mail on the 19th to see M. S concrete letter informing us of the additional $120 interest on the unpaid balance. There was no way we could have responded to him prior to this. We mailed him the final $800 on 9/20 and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since he was not willing to agree to any issues. M. S Concrete was both unprofessional and extremely disrespectful in dealing with us. I would like the concrete fixed and not by this company or compensation. Please view pictures.

Very upset with plus plow company. I allowed them to plow my lot section. Waited well over 10 minutes. Section clear. Proceed to drive past the driver as he was done with my section. I park my car. He then reverses over 30 yards very fast almost hitting my vehicle. I stop him and he starts screaming and cussing at me and my girlfriend. Very unprofessional. Plus on top of all this one of our neighbors got stuck in the plowed snow bank that was left dead center of the driveway due to laziness. Do not hire. Terrible service I wish I could put 0/5
