Peters Concrete (formerly Griesbach Ready Mix)

I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews. I was very happy with the service and price. 14.5 yards, it was a saturday pour. They were exactly on time, drivers were good. I will definitely use them again. Smooth 5 star experience.

I stopped in to buy 5 pail fulls of crushed stone. I have a cast on my left hand, but am still able to use it. The gentleman insisted on loading my pails with stone for me and loading them into my truck. Very kind and helpful! Highly recommend these folks.

Holly Mae delivered 8 yards of ready mix to our site- she was efficient, detailed oriented, conscientious of clean up and possible over spill and a joy to work with. This was our first experience with Griesbach and the entire exchange was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely call on them for future jobs.

Like others have stated, we also experienced cancellations, not once, but twice. We assembled several family members on a Saturday to help with our driveway. Griesbach cancelled the night before. They were at another site that increased the order, so they didn't want to commit to pouring for us on Saturday. This was somewhat understandable, and we found the person to be sincere when delivering the bad news. We found another company to pour for us on Saturday (also a poor experience). We needed more concrete, and we want to give Griesbach another chance, since the other concrete place had poor service. We scheduled something for early in the week at 3 pm. On the scheduled date, we were completely prepared by 3 pm. By 3:45 pm, they called and cancelled on us again. Huge disappointment. We recommend Red D. Mix Concrete Inc. The guy (I think his name was Robert) even helped us clean everything up (by that time it was just me and my wife working on our driveway).

On June 7th around 830 am I was traveling east bound on highway 10 in the left lane between the waupaca airpot and Weyauwega. This company's truck was also going east bound but in the right lane. As I was passing their vehicle I noticed their truck was losing a bunch of gravel. This gravel proceeded to strike my truck. I now have 8+ rock chips to my windshield, rock damage to my hood and my all black bumper is now polka dotted white. I called this company twice and gave them a chance to do the right thing. The first guy I spoke to asked for pictures and would call me back. Never heard from him. Waited till Monday and called them back and was told with out video evidence of the truck loosing the gravel their insurance company would not cover anything.
