Zenture Solutions recently installed concrete curbing on my property, and the results were absolutely beyond my expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The installation crew arrived right on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and demonstrated an impressive level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. What really stood out was their professionalism, by the time they finished, you couldn’t even tell a crew had been working there all day. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfectly executed. The finished curbing looks incredible and has added so much to the overall appearance of my property. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, 10 out of 10, I would absolutely do business with Zenture Solutions again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and exceptional service.

I highly recommend Zenture Solutions. Thank you for our great driveway and porch! Shrubs were a nice touch also. We enjoy and appreciate drinking our coffee on the porch each day! You exceeded our expectations. The crew was friendly, courteous, and hard working. Cleaned up well! High quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and terrific customer service. Gavin and Andrew were present throughout the job. So helpful and kind. They took pride in a job well done! Definitely a 5 star company!

The entire team from the office to the installers we're very pleasant, kept us in the loop on what was happening and just overall very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

I contracted with Zenture Solutions this past summer to put my lawn in. In the middle of July, they came and put my lawn in. Once the lawn was put in, there was no clean up in the street, my drive way and back patio. With that I had guest coming over the next day and I was stuck cleaning it up myself. Fast forward after watering my lawn every day for a month and a half it was not coming in. There were more bare spots, weeds and not looking healthy at all. I called Zentures to come back out and take a look and I was able to schedule a time to meet with one of the owners later in the week. The owner came out, and did agree the lawn was not coming up, and he did notice the ground was wet confirming I had been watering. He then said they will be back next week Thursday to aerate, fertilize and reseed. That next Thursday comes around and no one shows ups. I called in asking where they were. I was told the work is weather permitted and couldn't come because of the rain. I understand not being able to work in the rain, but it hadn't rained in about two or three weeks, but I was still told it was weather permitted. There was no communication of them saying they were not coming that day until I called in asking. I was then told I was rescheduled but they wouldn't be able to come out for another week and a half and that being Monday September 15th. Fast forward I did get a call that Friday September 12th for them to confirm they are coming next week, but then I was told they are coming first thing Tuesday morning. The date changed again. Tuesday morning came and I waited till about noon and no one came again. I called into Zentures on where they are and they told me “Your time was moved to the afternoon and should be there around 3PM". Once again there was no communication on this time change. I had asked for the owner’s number so I could speak with them, but they didn’t want to give me his number and said they will have him call me. I waited till 3PM and no one showed, and I also didn't get a phone call. I called in again asking where they were and the lady said, "didn't you read the email from the owner". I stated no I did not I had asked for a call. The email stated the machine they were going to rent broke down and they will be back at my house first thing Thursday morning. The Owner stated he was going to pick up the machine at 7:30AM and head to my house while the rest of the crew will be at my house between 8AM and 9AM. Thursday Morning comes around and its 9:25AM no one has shown up AGAIN. I called Zentures asking where they are and the lady said let me ask and I will get back to you. I received a call back and she stated the owner will be at your house in 10 to 15 minutes. Then I also get a text from the owner stating "Its and estimated time. I am leaving my shop. I will be there shortly". Even though I did get an estimated time from him in the email stating they would be there between 8AM and 9AM and they were not there. The owner showed up to complete the work. Once complete, he was packing up all his equipment and I went outside to talk with him. I stated thank you for coming out and I had asked what the deal was. He said what are you talking about. I said the communication is terrible, there's no reliability with you, I keep getting pushed off and I asked for a phone call and I get an email back. He states I had the day off yesterday and I was spending it with my family and I had a little time to send an email. Even though email was probably more time spent then a phone call. I said that's fine, what about a follow up phone call the next day. The owners response was "Well your job is complete so ill get out of your hair". I was definitely not made a priority, they didn't seem to care at all. The owner was not professional and wanted to avoid my situation and also talking to me. I get it sometimes you cant help if a lawn doesn't come in as it should. But as a company, take care of your customers, don't keep pushing them off with excuses and no communication. I would definitely NOT recommend Zenture solutions.
