Purchased a spec house 1/2 way built. These guys cut way too many corners. Tyvek was put on vertically instead of horizontal causing my ceiling in my garage to leak. Guess the building inspector was o. Vacation that week

Vendors stay clear. These guys issue Purchase Orders, get you to make all the submittals only to cancel on you and go to another vendor. Colossal waste of time, dishonest GC.
