We could not be more pleased with our custom build experience with Harpe Development. Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we receive many compliments. We have a very unique and customized floor plan due to building to accommodate our special-needs son. Phil was amazing to work with during the design phase and helped us with all the little details we needed. It was a fantastic experience working with Tricia and Madeline in the showroom to pick out our selections. We also were not limited to the showroom, and if we wanted to choose something else, Tricia directed us where to go look. Jason was great to work with as the project manager. He kept open communication and kept things moving at a good pace so we could stay on track. The subcontractors all did great work, and if any mistakes were made, they were quickly corrected. We have been in the house for almost a year now. During that time, it was a pleasure to work with Evan and Sabrina on any warranty items. Evan was very responsive and meticulous at making sure that any and all concerns were addressed. Overall great experience- we highly recommend Harpe Development!

In 2020, we began the process of looking for a builder to build a new home for us. After looking at several different companies, we decided to go with Harpe Development. Between sky rocketing prices and supply chain issues, we were concerned if we would get in the house on time and stay within our budget. Harpe worked with us every step of the way. From finding the perfect lot, to customizing our floor plan and the actual building of the house, we could not have been happier. We stayed within our budget and moved in 1 week ahead of schedule. We recently had our 1 year warranty walk through and there was very little that needed to be addressed. We are extremely happy with the quality of work in our home. We believe this is our forever home, but if we do decide to build again, we would go with Harpe!
