We interviewed several contractors for the installation of our driveway and back patio, and it was clear from the start that Lorenz truly stood out. Brice was punctual, polite, and really knowledgeable. We had a difficult site with several sloped areas, and Brice worked with us to match the grade of our existing walkway, and he designed a great layout for us that worked perfectly for our site. The bid price was fair, and was right inline with others' pricing...a few hundred less actually! When the work started, I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of the crew. All workers were really polite and respectful, and they left our yard very clean. Our driveway and patio were completed very quickly, on time, and we are extremely happy with the end product. Brice was really responsive and answered all of our questions and ensured that we were satisfied. If we ever need future concrete work, I will definitely choose Lorenz again!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish of our project with Lorenz Concrete. Brice was always quick to respond to emails or phone calls and kept us informed every step of the way from estimate to completion. Our old, sunken sidewalk and concrete approach were demolished and replaced with a beautiful concrete drive and sidewalk as well as recommended curbing due to our hillside location. We also had Brice seal the concrete and it looks fabulous! The entire crew was very professional, and we are extremely satisfied with the finished project. Brice was a pleasure to deal with right from the start. He was on time when he came for the estimate appointment, and promptly called back when I had questions. His employees were very polite, and answered any questions that we had. The job was finished on time, and he came back twice, to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. I used this company and Brice is one of the most considerate person I have met. I called Lorenz Concrete to receive a quote for my patio. Aside from bidding the work for my patio I had a conversation regarding the grade around my property. It was not done correctly by the builder after construction. Brice called a friend that turns out his business is excavating and grading. His friend came out offered a bid. I accepted the bid. The grading was done prior to patio install. Brice suggested the grade be finished prior to concrete work to reduce issues. Brice went above and beyond. It is good to know that there are still good and honest people around. I was new to the area. Every chance I get I recommend Lorenz concrete. This review is a bit late. Brice installed my patio almost 2 years ago. The patio has been great! Brice thank you again! Lorenz Concrete not only does top-quality work, they are extremely easy to do business with, making the entire experience a pleasant one. We had several challenges with our driveway job from the multiple layers of asphalt and concrete that needed to be removed and Mother Nature not cooperating to the last-minute changes we requested.
