God forbid you have more than one question when you call. It’s a yes or no and CLICK. Literally happens every time I call. I mean customer service at McDonald’s in racine is far better than that. No excuses for that garbage customer service Besides the garbage of a guy that’s answering the phone. Just about every contractor I spoke with that has dealt with old castle has had the same experience.
