save your time and money guys , skip this one ! On the beginning everything looked professional and nice , the guy was nice and was doing his job , then he disappeared completely, not answering on my texts , even though i can see him online on Facebook, left total mess over here , broke my fence to my property and messed up landscaping . Me and my wife filling a lawsuit on a Sophisticated Concrete LLC and her owner Michael Saldana for a damage to the property with our lawyer now.

We had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a concrete breaker to Michael Saldana, and he never answered my calls for a month. I had to pick up my tool from the workplace without receiving any payment. When I finally retrieved my tool, the customer also shard he has been having abdofficult time with Michael finishing the job. I do not recommend this person; he is very unresponsive and unprofessional.

We were flexible with the timeframe and simply wanted a general idea of when the work could be completed, as you had promised to provide us. Unfortunately, instead of communicating with us about any delays, you chose to avoid our calls and ignore us for weeks. If you had just given us an estimated timeline for the project, we would not have had to constantly tried follow up with you for updates. It is important for your company to be able to organize the timelines of your projects and communicate them effectively with customers. My husband and I were initially impressed with the friendly demeanor and knowledge of Michael from this concrete company. We engaged in discussions over the phone, received a detailed quote for re-doing our driveway, and even signed a residential contract agreement outlining all the work to be done and the associated costs. However, our positive experience took a sharp turn once the contract was signed. Michael assured us that he would promptly schedule a visit to our home to reconfirm measurements, discuss the project in detail, and finalize the work schedule. Unfortunately, this promise was never fulfilled. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls, voicemails, and emails over the following weeks, Michael consistently evaded our calls and failed to respond to our messages. What was particularly disheartening was the fact that when I decided to call him from my work phone instead of my cell phone, he returned the call immediately. However, upon realizing it was me (from him reaching my work voicemail) he conveniently chose not to answer subsequent calls from the same number. This pattern of behavior continued for weeks, leaving us in limbo and wondering if he had any intention of honoring the contract. It's incredibly unprofessional to sign a contract with a customer and then completely ignore their attempts to communicate. Instead of providing a simple explanation for his lack of interest or inability to proceed with the project, Michael chose to dodge our calls and leave us hanging. This experience reflects poorly on the company's commitment to professionalism and customer service, regardless of the quality of their actual work.
