Thomas Concrete & Landscape

Thomas Concrete just finished my driveway. They were nice, polite, professional, and completely transformed the look of my property. I would definitely call them again for any concrete work and landscaping. When you find people who are ethical and actually know what they're doing, they become a rare business gem. I hired Thomas Concrete and Landscaping to remove our old patio and replace it with a larger more modern patio. Kevin’s company is in demand by many people. Because of that we did have to wait two months before they could begin. The wait was well worth it! Brad and his crew took care to protect our lawn as they demolished the old patio and set the forms for the new one. He kept me informed at each step of the process. He was very detailed about everything he did. The end result was more than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend Thomas Concrete and Landscaping!

Very happy with our new patio. Brad and his crew had a tough task in my backyard but handled it professionally and skillfully. Lots of extra work just to get the old stuff out and new exposed concrete in. They worked hard and kept the yard in good shape each day. Very impressed with the overall job. Book early cause these guys are in high demand.

Poor Customer service and communication. They installed downspout popups and they froze up causing water to overflow gutters and leak down foundation wall and cause seepage in finished basement. I called Kevin right away and he came over. I told him I needed it fixed by putting downspouts back on RIGHT AWAY before anymore damage. I didn't hear back from him until one of his employees just showed up 3 months later. This was after I performed all the work to fix the problem. I called Kevin and explained that this was not how you treat customers. He did apologize and gave me credit for my work on the bill. Response to reply: Kevin, When you came and quoted the job, you were the one that came up with the idea of installing "popups" for the downspouts. I would assume that you would have seen at that time that the grading around my house would not support proper drainage or you would have increased the grading to insure proper drainage. Also my gutters and downspouts are 5" and have never overflowed in the 30 years I've lived here. The only reason they overflowed was due to the water in the popup pipe was frozen solid and the water from the downspout couldn't drain. Kevin I'm happy that you gave me credit for my work and materials that I did to correct the problem. I'm just unhappy with your communication and that you didn't realize at the time of quoting the job that either the grading around my house needed to be improved or that popups wouldn't work.
