Tony is a great guy! He is straight forward and gives great suggestions. His crew is polite and efficient. They replaced some of our sidewalk and also put in a really awesome pathway in the neighbors yard from front porch to back patio. Both of our houses are cleaned up and nothing is left behind. They even replaced the grass they had to tear up to fix the concrete. We will be calling them back to redo our driveway when the time comes.

They recently replaced and extended our driveway, installed a French drain with a pop-up from the downspout, and even helped our kids make handprints in extra concrete, which they absolutely loved. I had Vranak Concrete out to my house this week to foam jack my driveway. My driveway had been pitched to the house and water was collecting near the foundation. I wanted to pitch it away from the house to avoid costly repairs to the foundation in the future. They also attempted to foam jack the corners of my garage since the concrete was buckling in the middle. When they gave me an estimate, they weren't sure the garage bit would work but they said they were willing to try it. They were correct; it did not. The driveway on the other hand speaks for itself. Went outside this morning after the first rain since the work had been done and a delightfully thin patch of concrete right next to the house was absolutely dry. Overall, I'm pleased. The biggest thing I was concerned about (water collection near the foundation) was fixed. The only downside to working with Vranak was that I had a difficult time reaching them to get a second quote (got my first one last year to plan/budget and a follow up this year to make sure we were still on the same page) and I felt like I had to nag them for the follow up quote and to schedule the work. They were worth the effort though.

I contacted them for a small concrete walkway job, expecting them to tell me that they aren't scheduling small jobs (like all of the other concrete contractors contacted). He was very responsive and happy to help with the job I had. They arrived on time, explained the scope of work and provided a very reasonable quote. They got the job done quickly, with fantastic results, cleaned up the area, (they even rolled up our hose and put in nicely on the deck). They did a fantastic job.

Mudjacking is being replaced by polyurethane injection and Vranak is the only provider in the area. What's the advantage of poly injection? It last significantly longer (a few years, versus now: a few decades). To that point, Vranak started late last season after the first frost, apologized profusely, and returned first thing this year to complete the job of leveling my sinking walkway. They were responsive, polite, profession and listened to my concerns. The walkway now feels solid, is most certainly level. Both gentlemen spent hours making sure that my concerns were met and that the walkway was rectified correctly. Absolutely recommend (and I might call them back for new concrete work in the future).
