Always a great stock of product. I appreciate not having to wait in line for extended periods of time. Staff is usually friendly as well as knowledgeable. I would like immediate savings as opposed to, Mail in rebates however!!

Chris in pluming did an amazing job when our shower wall came cracked - got it worked out with a replacement ASAP. Give that man a raise. Always love Menards.

I feel it's time Menards entered the 21st Century and made the rebate system deliverable via email. I have not received the last 2 rebates I sent in. It makes me wonder if it's even being sent as Menards says it's not responsible for theft of the rebate cards. When you go to the website to check the status of your rebate, it's "down". I know Menards relies on people not sending the rebate forms in so they can continue to claim they're offering an "11%" rebate without actually saving people money, but those of us who actually send them in are losing the trust we once had in Menards. If you want to offer products on sale, either do it at the point of sale like everyone else, or improve your rebate system. Otherwise, Home Depot isn't that far away.

It doesn't even deserve any Stars. It's pretty sad that the manager took advantage of a Mentally disabled person. I have my Social security paperwork to back this up. They illegally had my car towed out from their parking lot yesterday. They said I was parked in the Fire Lane & I wasn't. If that was TRUE, where were the cops?? Why were they not waiting for me to hand me some huge ticket for parking in the Fire Lane. They're liars. I keep being put on deaf ears. Costed my daughter $300 cash to get my car back. They would not take her debit card. Don's Towing in La Crosse. Right up the street from where they stole my car. I reported these businesses to the La Crosse Police department. There's a complaint with a number on file there. This cash only scam needs to be shut down!!!
