We would highly recommend North Central Paving. We loved the work they did on our driveway. They gave us everything we asked for and more. The owner/crew arrived as scheduled, answered all of our phone calls, and everyone was very courteous and professional.

Overall quality work. Very satisfied with the driveway. Update: They never pulled a permit, so I was fined by the town, and have been dealing with trying to get a retroactive permit approved. This is a situation that should never happen.

As a homeowner I’ve hired young contractors just starting out, seasoned professionals near the end of their career and everything in between. There have been handshake deals and formal contracts. All have taken great pride in their work and on the rare occasion that a problem arose it was corrected. I signed a formal contract with North Central Paving in May 2024 and shortly thereafter the crew chip sealed the driveway. Problems arose. Looking back over the subsequent 18 months of interaction with the owner, I am just plain confused. On the one hand are assurances they stand behind their work with efforts at solution (including redoing the entire job this summer). On the other hand I’m told “there is no warranty on chip seal.” The bottom line: the driveway is chip sealed and much safer to drive on. That said, winter is coming and there is a large amount of excess chip on the driveway that threatens to tear up snow removal equipment. From conversation with the owner in early fall I understood North Central Paving would be coming in mid-November to sweep this excess off. More recently it’s pretty obvious I’m considered a pest. “There is no warranty on chip seal” was reiterated. Honestly, they probably would have begrudgingly come out, but after **18 months** I’m confused and tired and just want to move on.

Let's see , they were scheduled to start the job end of May / 1st week in June. They didn't do it until August 7th. We wanted our driveway widened. They added the addition but left an edge where the 2 pieces connect. They were here only 3 hours. I can't believe they got done and thought it looked good. The sealing of the old part of the driveway looks like someone sprayed a lite layer of paint.
