Proformance Construction transformed my guest room to the en suite bath of my dreams! I can't say enough about Kevin's attention to detail. Not only is this man a master of his craft, but he is also an artist. For example, my tile is a marble-patterned porcelain. I thought that when you tile, you take a tile out of the box, install it, then take the next tile out of the box. Not Kevin! He matched the veining, making it look as though this was a single marble slab (with grout lines, of course). He found the right paint color to bring everything together, and he color-matched the stain on the wood trim to the shade of the vanity. He added the most amazing vintage vent, and added a frame detail that makes it sing! He even suggested a faux zebra rug, which I thought was crazy, but I love it! Kevin takes care of all the scheduling of trades, which, if you've ever tried doing it yourself, is a nightmare. Kevin keeps you informed every day about what was accomplished, when he will return, and what task he will be completing next. Oh, and he cleans up everything--every day. This guy is a neat freak! Finally, in the 8 weeks or so that Kevin came to my home nearly every morning, he and my dog, Mugsie, became real pals. Mugsie ran to meet him every morning to get his pets and scratches. So if you want the best contractor on every level, Mugsie and I highly recommend Proformance Construction!

When we chose Proformance Construction for our bathroom remodel we had no idea how much we would actually enjoy the experience. Kevin was amazingly easy to work with. His laser focused attention to detail extended to all aspects of the job, from great communication to excellent craftsmanship to problem solving skills, Kevin is the whole package. As an additional bonus, he kept the job site impeccably clean. We would definitely use Kevin again and highly recommend him for any kitchen or bathroom remodeling project you might have.

Our basement was pretty dismal and with our growing family we needed a space we wanted to spend time in. When I called around for quotes on a basement remodel, Proformance was the only company that got back to me in a timely manner and we are so happy they did. My husband and I felt we were included in every step of the process and are so happy with the end results. I highly recommend contacting Proformance for your next remodel project.

When I called Proformance Construction in March 2021 about a kitchen remodel, I left a message and the designer Jamie was very prompt at returning my phone call and setting up a time to meet and discuss our plans in the remodel. We met at our house, and talked about what we wanted and she let us know what they can do for us on the construction side. When we were finished with our list of wants, she asked us what our style was and discussed options for cabinets and center island design. She left us with a good feeling about their company and her design experience. Jamie is very prompt in returning phone calls and or emails. We next met at their showroom and we met Kevin who is the construction guru and we discussed more design options so they could get a better idea for the quote. We met again and they gave us a quote and design we were very happy with and we signed on with them. We tentatively scheduled a late August start time so it could be all done in 6 weeks or before fall set in. When the construction started, Kevin and Jamie were very thorough in the demolition and cleaned up the whole work space after every day. Kevin takes pictures and writes a blog so we can see what happened during that days progress. Proformance did an awesome job on the design and construction of the kitchen. The cabinets, countertops, island, flooring, lighting, and appliances are better than we could have ever imagined. Jamie did an awesome job with the design and setting up all electrical and plumbing contractors and Kevin is an amazing builder. They are great people to work with and they treat their customers like family. I will recommend Proformance to anyone looking for someone to do any interior remodeling as this is their specialty. We will be repeat customers as we are planning 2 bathroom renovations.

Could not be happier with the outcome of our bathroom/laundry room remodel. We had a hard time finding the right people to do what we wanted to do until we found Proformance Construction. We felt a connection with Kevin and Jaime as soon as we met them. There professionalism and personalities made the entire process every simple. They literally take care of all the hard work for you. When they first came to our home to scope our ideas for what we wanted, they were very straight-forward and told us what can work, what can't work, and how much costs would be for each idea we had, which made it very easy for us to decide our design, plus Jaime can imagine a room extremely fast and come up with great design ideas. The do an excellent job with estimating cost and time for completion. Our project came a little over the estimated price, as we added a couple things, but it was spot on cost wise. The stated project would be ocmplete in 2 1/2 week, and they were completed in 2 1/2 weeks. They also kept us very informed each day on how project came along each day, as well as any issues that needed fixing along the way, luckily there was only 1. I would recommend Kevin and Jamie to anyone looking for a home improvement project. We miss welcoming them to our home each day, but plan on having them back in the future for a kitchen remodel.
