We love our new patio. Dustin was great to work with. We didn't really know what we wanted and changed the plan several times. We ended up extending the patio a lot more than the original plan and it is fantastic. The project was finished in two days after getting rained out the first day. The crew put in a super long day the second day. After everything was finished, Jimmy came back to button things up and really made sure everything was perfect. Any company would be lucky to have someone like him on their team. We couldn't be happier and we will definitely have these guys back when we need more concrete work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dustin and his team for a new driveway installation, and I must say, the end result was excellent. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors about how great it looks. Dustin was not only personable but also took the time to educate us on the intricacies of concrete, which I found very helpful. It’s also reassuring to know that he and his company are local and have been part of this community for a long time. The crew assembled for the job was outstanding. They were kind, professional, and demonstrated excellent teamwork, which I believe reflects Dustin's quality leadership. However, we did encounter some challenges. We drafted the contract toward the end of their working season, which meant we had to wait until the following spring for the project to commence. This delay led to some difficulties, as a few items were overlooked. It would have been beneficial to have a touchpoint before the work began in the spring to ensure everything was on track. Instead, the crew jumped right into the project, which, while enthusiastic, resulted in some setbacks. I commend them for their ability to adapt and handle these issues effectively. One area for improvement would be communication. There was a step where they returned to demonstrate how to seal the concrete driveway, but I was surprised to find that this would incur an additional cost. While it was mentioned in the contract, a reminder prior to the work would have been appreciated. Clearer communication about expectations would have enhanced our experience. In summary, I would recommend Dustin and his crew for their quality work and professionalism. Just be sure to clearly communicate your needs and expectations during discussions and in the contract to avoid any misunderstandings. It’s always best to have everything in writing for clarity.

I had these folks put a stamped concrete patio off the back of my house and it looks just awesome. The crew was very clean and responsive and the owner was frequently on site to make sure that everything went well. My wife wrote a separate check for the crew to go out and have a nice dinner on us, which pretty much says it all.
