I have read that some folks had certain expectations that translated into a bad experience. We had a great, overall experience. This is a small business that has plenty of work to keep them busy, so over exposure to grow their business does not make sense, since they seem perfectly happy with what they have as far as volume. In other words, if you want to pay a lot more for a better customer service experience, then this company might not be for you. The only thing I can say is the job they did was exceptional. They followed local regulations to a "T". The base they put down and the concrete reinforcements will make for a long lasting driveway when compared to the horrible job that was done when the driveway was first installed. The old driveway sank and cracked. It barely had the right amount of base material down. The apron cracked as well, because it was not compacted enough. Google maps from more than 20 years ago already showed the crack. Great company and I highly recommend them.

Initially misplaced our quote so the work was delayed. (no secretary so he has lots irons in the fire) However, when that was worked out the work was done quickly and with great care & quality. Would recommend. Just make sure you follow up on communications.

Had them pour a driveway and patio for us a few years ago. Turned out pretty good (had to correct them once on the framing to get it how I wanted, but no big deal as it was caught before anything was poured and what I wanted was a little non-standard) and it's been holding up well. Initially pleased with the work and the price we paid, we contacted them to get some sidewalks/paths done as a follow up. They came out, inspected, and emailed a quote....then ghosted us. No responses to emails, no responses to calls. This is all to common in this area. Companies just don't have the professionalism to say "hey, sorry, we're booked solid and can't do that job" so they just ignore you. One of the reasons I dread working with any contractors around here. So they *might* do your project, even if they give you oral confirmation that they have the capacity and even give you a quote. But, then again they might not. Just a roll of the dice, apparently, so be prepared to have backup contractors on standby.

Performed concrete work for our organization for an entry area and sidewalk. Met the deadline for the project and initially we were very happy. Winter happened and the concrete heaved at the threshold to the point an exterior door would not open until Spring. We made multiple phone call, texts and emails without a return effort to make it right. No face to face meeting occurred to discuss the issue.

Got an estimate on 08/20/2025. Sent a half dozen emails with no response. Requested if he was no longer interested in the job to let me know. Called his phone several times. Never answers. Left voicemails informing him I would like to move forward with job. No response. Left another voicemail requesting that if was no longer interested in the job to text me or email me to let me know.
