We hired Creative Concrete to replace an old concrete pool deck and sidewalks as well as install a new stoop. They did a really fantastic job and we have had many compliments from family members and friends. Each day they cleaned up the work site before they left, they arrived on time each morning and all of them worked really hard. Very highly recommend.

We had Creative Concrete install an aggregate concrete patio in our new home. They are real professionals and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Every step of our process was handled professionally-quoting the job, framing and pouring. We designed a kidney-shaped patio and they executed perfectly. UPDATE: After they constantly ignored me, I came on here to write my review; they finally got back and said they would have someone come out and "fix and repair" my patio. Two guys came out and power washed it. By power washing my patio, they ruined it more, and more concrete came off. Two more guys came back the following week and sealed it. They sealed the peeling concrete. Now my patio looks like it's 20 years old when it's only 2 years old. I asked Kim to advise on what steps would be taken next to fix the damage THEY CAUSED and they haven't responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU and not fix their mistakes. (Original Post) Would never recommend to anyone. They asked us to take care of all sprinkler systems that were exposed (we capped those- no problem). Day of, they needed to dig more, and came across a covered sprinkler. Instead of asking me to cap it (I WAS HOME); They just ripped through it and damaged our whole underground sprinkler system. The color we chose was NOT the color that was agreed upon. We asked multiple concrete people and they said there wasn't enough color or it was diluted too much. When asked about it how much was put into the mixer they couldn't produce it. Fast forward to 1.5 years later, the concrete is peeling off, and cracks are coming to the service. I have asked for a month to have someone come out and look at it, and I keep getting ignored or the "when we have someone in the area, the will come look at it." This is completely unacceptable. The price that was paid for this including the damage we have had to cover, is not worth it. Please do not use this company.

Did a nice job on the install of my patio, stairs, driveway apron and pad for my shed. Had some issues with popping and they indicated to me that this was normal and at the three year mark (this June) they would contact me to seal the areas and that should take care of it. I tried contacting in April and was told I would get a call back to schedule, no call back. Called again in May and was told I would receive a quote by email, no quote arrived. Called back in June and finally got ahold of someone that had knowledge on the topic and was told they were booked for the rest of the year and could not help me. I explained the situation and the previous attempts and was basically told sorry not going to try and support us as promised. Poor customer service all the way around and will never use their services again.
