Cru Concrete Inc absolutely crushed it on my project from start to finish. The quality of their work and the way they listened every step of the way is second to none. It started with Justin, the estimator, who took the time to understand the project and exactly what I needed. He gave me clear, honest feedback. Then Jon took over, the custom project team lead, he made sure the plan was solid and tailored to my specific job needs. He took my phone call after my work day at 6pm and prior to the start of my work day at 6am. Wow! Once the job kicked off, Snake, the project manager, kept everything moving smoothly, always communicating and making sure the details were handled right. He gave me a detailed timeline of their plan and followed it through to perfection! For the foundation, Adrian, the foreman, and his crew (Cyrus, Ben, and Jayden) did incredible work on the footings and frost wall—with precision, efficiency, and a rock-solid final product. Then came the flatwork stage of the project with Mike, the flatwork foreman, and his crew (Chris, Tim, Jesus, and Pedro). They laid down flawless concrete with attention to detail that made the finished product look amazing. This team doesn’t just pour concrete—they deliver craftsmanship. Every single person cared about the job and it shows. If you want a company that listens, communicates, and delivers top-quality results, Cru Concrete is the one. Highly recommended.

We had our driveway replaced, as well as the sidewalks leading up to the house. We also had a new patio put in, stamped with a flagstone pattern and stained. The results are excellent. Everyone on the crew was very polite and professional, easy to work with. They took a lot of care with our large project and made sure everything was done correctly. The recent rain proved that everything drained properly as well.

Hottmann construction performed 5 star service pouring our concrete patio in our backyard. From the first phone call with Stephan who was very respectful and took as much time as I needed to answer all my questions, to the working crew who were polite and worked diligently and cleaned up behind themselves each day. They showed up on time and stayed on schedule. Also a special shout out to Trent for his personable service and attention to detail through the whole process. He oversaw the job through the end and I appreciated his follow up even after the job was complete to make sure we were happy and everything was completed to their highest standard. I would 100% use them again. You could tell they care about the work they do and making customers happy.

Unfortunately, the quality of work was very poor. The concrete started pitting and crumbling after one year and has continued to deteriorate significantly over the last three years. The company blamed weather rather than standing behind their work.

Less than a year into pouring our new driveway and it’s already crumbling. The team at Hottmann claims no responsibility and says it’s all on the homeowners, when it was clear it was very poor workmanship. Avoid using this company at all costs.
