K&M did a great job on the foundation of our new home - they were kind and professional, on time (and patient when other subs weren't), and communicated up-front possible over-charges...no unexpected charges. Very pleased with their work.

Tried to get him to do a job replacing my driveway...promised 2 weeks out but would never commit and had a very hard time reaching him. When we finally spoke, Lance said he hasn't been able to commit to any timing this year and has been running consistently late, and he would be at least 3-4 weeks out but couldn't give me a date to do the job. Immediately told me he wouldn't do business with me as I was frustrated when we spoke on the phone. I feel like I got lucky not hiring him. Go forward with this business at your risk.

Driveway was done. Had asked for removal of an adjacent pole that was in concrete at the same time. He offered to throw that in. I thought that was great until I later found concrete still below the ground. The owner said it wasn't his responsibility because it was below the ground. Then I had a large chunk break out of my driveway in the first year. No interest in hearing that isn't his responsibility.

Hired this company to do a driveway for my garage. Illegally dumped extra concrete on neighbors property, causing damage. Work was shoddy at best. Do not hire these sleazy dopes unless you want overpriced, low-quality work with an added possibility of legal proceedings from negligent practices.
